阅读理解是中学英语教学的重点,其目的是不仅要让学生学会语言知识,获取文章提供的信息,领悟文章的内涵,更重要的是使学生掌握阅读的方法和技能,成为有独立阅读能力的人。从长远角度看,阅读能力决定着学生的学习潜能。而阅读能力的培养不是一朝一夕之功。它需要老师精心指导,学生刻苦练习,从而逐渐形成。在现行的初、高中英语教材中安排有内容多样体例各异的课文,老师应充分利用教材,在教课文的时候,精心设计教学程序,加强阅读方法引导,逐步提高学生的阅读能力。下面是笔者有关课文教学的一些体会,与大家一同探讨。
Reading comprehension is the focus of secondary school English teaching. Its purpose is not only to enable students to learn the language knowledge, access to the information provided by the article, comprehend the content of the article, more importantly, to enable students to master the reading methods and skills to become independent reading ability people. In the long run, reading ability determines the learning potential of students. The cultivation of reading ability is not an overnight success. It requires careful guidance of the teacher, students practice hard, and thus gradually formed. In current primary and high school English textbooks, various texts with different contents and styles are arranged. Teachers should make full use of teaching materials. When teaching texts, they should elaborately design teaching procedures, enhance reading methods and gradually improve students’ reading ability. The following is some of the author’s experience teaching text, with everyone to explore.
