在冶金及其加工制造业中,光谱分析已成为金属及其合金成分分析的主要手段,而采用计算机进行数据处理,提高分析速度和精度,对于产品质量的提高有着越来越重要的意义。 这里,介绍本厂应用自制WD-JS751专用计算机作为直读光谱仪的数据处理系统。专用机是河北大学与本广联合研制的机器基础上,1979年又由我厂重新设计安装,80年正式移交铝生产作配合分析使用。该系统10个月来运行良好,处理分析试料4万个,分析质量总合格率99.7%,超过规定指标2%。

The system has been running well for 10 months, with 40,000 samples for analysis and analysis. The total qualified rate of analysis was 99.7%, exceeding the stipulated target by 2%.
