This article, from the perspective of structuralism, takes the different styles of the two main characters in “The Sea and the Sea” as an example to analyze the metaphorical pole and metaphorical pole of the text. It holds that the metaphorical pole acts as the textual subject and provides the deconstruction place for the reader , And metaphor as a very anti-deconstruction mechanism hinders the deconstruction of readers at the same time, guide readers and protagonists with a change of language and thinking process. Deconstruction and anti-deconstruction of the dynamic system to break the rigid structure of the binary opposition, is the author of philosophical proposition “third way ” embodiment. At the same time, the contents of the works are also consistent with the form. The combination of the protagonist and the reader from the emotional thinking to the combination of the rational and the sensual breaks the deadlock between dualism of rationality and sentiment in traditional philosophy and is yet another “third way” evidence.
