The project is located in the new plant of Ningxia Risheng High-tech Industry Co., Ltd., Shizuishan Economic and Technology Development Zone, Ningxia. It is invested and constructed by Ningxia Risheng High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. The project mainly uses caustic soda, urea, chlorine and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, Sodium hypochlorite synthesis process, hydrazine synthesis process, freezing desalination process, hydrazine evaporation desalination, condensation, oxidation and drying process to obtain finished ADC foaming agent. The main construction content of the project is an annual output of 100,000 tons of ADC foaming agent production equipment
