通过对２８例髓内肿瘤和１７例非肿瘤病变之Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ增强前后ＭＲ图像的对比评价，分析总结了Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ对髓内肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。结果：在髓内肿瘤检出率、确定瘤体边界、识别囊变及其位宜、以及与非肿瘤病变的鉴别诊断方面，Ｇｄ增强后ＭＲ图像质量均优于未增强图像。同时，Ｇｄ－ＤＴＰＡ还有助于判断病变的组织学来源。
The value of Gd-DTPA in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intramedullary tumors was analyzed and compared by comparing the MR images before and after enhancement of Gd-DTPA in 28 cases of intramedullary tumors and 17 cases of non-neoplastic lesions. Results: In the diagnosis of intramedullary tumor, the determination of the tumor boundary, the identification of cystic degeneration and its location, and the differential diagnosis of non-neoplastic lesions, the quality of MR images after Gd enhancement were better than those without enhancement. At the same time, Gd-DTPA also helps to determine the histological origin of the lesion.
