复式教学是在直接教学和自动作业的交替中进行的。“自动作业时间长”是复式教学的一大特点,也是复式教学的一大潜在优势。提高自动作业效益,是提高复式教学质量的一个关键问题,目前已引起全体复式教师的重视。由于复式班教师任课科目多,教学任务重,而每一次自动作业都要靠教师写小黑板,加以复式班教师文化业务素质偏低,手头又缺乏教学参考资料,改进自动作业有困难。所以从1986年开始,我们进行了“自动作业规范化序列化”的研究,并集中全县单、复式教学骨干力量,就语文和数学两科,从二至四年级,逐课统一编写了自动作业,印发给复式班的师生,人手一册,上课使用,初步实现了自动作业的规范化和序列化。
Multi-teaching is conducted in the direct teaching and automatic homework alternation. “Automated operation time is long” is a major feature of the compound teaching, but also a potential advantage of the compound teaching. Improving the efficiency of automatic operation is a key issue to improve the quality of double teaching. At present, it has aroused the attention of all the teachers. Due to the multi-class teachers have many subjects and heavy teaching tasks, teachers should write small blackboards for each automatic operation, and teachers should be given a low quality of teaching in the complex class. There is a lack of teaching reference materials on hand to improve the automatic operation. Therefore, since 1986, we conducted a study on “Serialization of Automated Work Standardization” and focused on the single and multi-disciplinary teaching forces in the whole county. We compiled two tasks, Language and Mathematics, from Grade 2 to Grade 4, , Printed and distributed to teachers and students in duplex classes, a manual, class use, the initial realization of the automatic operation of the standardization and serialization.
