With a series of more specific rights and obligations, the popular formulation of “ownership” with a clear standard of law constitutes the most prominent feature of the draft amendment to the union law to be submitted to this NPC for consideration. As the first social group law in new China, the amendment of the trade union law has aroused the concern of all walks of life.
