当前,教师培训工作还存在一些亟待解决的问题,无论在培训机制、培训内容、培训形式上,还是在培训的针对性、效果上,仍需进一步改革和完善。在研究制定“十二五”中小学教师培训规划时,应当充分关照到以下问题:培训的组织与管理上要做到“层级管理、责任到人”;培训的技术指导上要注重对远程培训的适应性训练;培训人员的选送上要充分关照到薄弱学校;培训课程的安排上要紧密结合教学实践;培训形式的设计上要考虑有效性要求;培训内容的组织上尽可能避免重复现象;培训时间的安排上要充分关照到教师休养生息的需要;进一步强化新教师、新教材培训。
At present, there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently in the training of teachers.
