调试喷油泵前应用工艺喷油泵测试标定油量,这是提高喷油泵修理质量的一项重要措施。事实上,在不同的试验台上(普通条件下),均按其公称油量调试好的同一种型号的喷油泵,再在标准状况下复试,则会发现各台的循环油量不同,甚至差异较大。因为,调试规范规定的公称油量是指工艺喷油泵在标准状况下的油量。喷油泵的循环油量受调试现场许多因素影响,如环境温度、设备精度(转速波动率、转速表与计数机构的精度),试验台的油温,试验台上喷油器的开启压力、流量、高压油管内孔公差及长度等等。其中油温的影响最明显,以ZS4S_1型针阀偶件为例,当油温在0~50℃范围内变化时,温度每上升10℃,其200次/750转/分的油量约减少1毫升。
