来研究的目的建立快速、灵敏的常见农药的质谱自动筛选检测方法。方法是建立常见农药的质谱用户库,优化分离条件,优化质谱数据的自动分析参数,进行标样和样品分析。从而建立了含407种常见农药的质谱用户库;建立了自动筛选方法;得到了72种常见农药的保留时间和检测限。该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点,完全可替代繁杂的质谱检索手工操作。
The purpose of this study was to establish a rapid and sensitive method for the automatic screening of common pesticides by mass spectrometry. The method is to establish a mass spectrum user library of common pesticides, optimize the separation conditions, optimize the automatic analysis parameters of mass spectrometry data, and perform standard sample and sample analysis. Thus establishing a mass spectral user database containing 407 common pesticides; establishing an automatic screening method; and obtaining the retention time and the detection limit of 72 common pesticides. The method has the advantages of fast, sensitive and accurate, and can replace the manual search of complicated mass spectrometry completely.
