This article mainly introduces the latest development of satellite, ultrashort wave hybrid networking hydrological information communication and computer network water transfer system. Finally, it introduces the final design and implementation plan of hydrological telemetry and forecasting of Feilaixia Multipurpose Project in Beijiang River.
