《广州市村镇建设管理规定》已经2000年12月18日市政府第11届68次常务会议讨论通过,现予发布,自2001年3月1日起施行。第一章总则第一条为了规范本市村镇的建设和管理,改善村镇生产和生活环境,促进农村经济和社会发展,根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》和其他有关法律、法规,结合本市实际情况,制定本规定。
