应用激光相多谱勒三维颗粒动态分析仪 ( 3 D-PDA)对方形下排气分离器内部气固两相流场进行了测试 ,得到了分离器内不同截面的气相和颗粒相的流场矢量图 ,时均速度等基本运动规律。研究结果发现方形分离器内横截面上的流场旋转中心偏离其几何中心 ,在边角位置存在局部小旋涡 ,在分离器左右两个壁面附近流动有向壁面流动的趋势。研究结果有助于对分离器的分离机理的认识和指导其结构的优化设计。
The gas-solid two-phase flow field inside the lower square separator was tested by laser phase Doppler three-dimensional particle dynamic analyzer (3 D-PDA). The flow fields of gas phase and particle phase in different sections of the separator were obtained. Vector, average speed and other basic laws of movement. The results show that the center of rotation of the flow field in the cross section of the square separator deviates from its geometric center, and there is a local small vortex at the corner position, which tends to flow toward the directed wall near the left and right sides of the separator. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of the separation mechanism of separators and to the optimal design of the structure.
