红外热像检测技术以其快速、非接触、检测结果形象直观等优势在工程领域得到广泛应用。文章首先比较分析了电梯传统检测技术与红外热成像检测技术的特点,阐述了基于红外热成像技术的电梯电气控制系统检测一般方法,并对电梯电气系统元件故障红外热成像缺陷诊断的分析判断方法作了研究。通过电梯电气元件的红外热成像检测工作的案例实践证明,红外诊断技术对于及时发现电梯电气设备的外部缺陷和部分内部缺陷非常直观有效,对保障电气设备乃至电梯的安全运行起到积极作用。
