作者1979年6月至1987年4月对2,441例危险妊娠测定孕母血清与孕16~19周羊水穿刺的甲胎蛋白(AFP)。所有受检孕妇的适应证为母龄≥35岁或因遗传咨询有染色体异常重复危险,而要求进行产前染色体分析者。作者在羊水穿刺前3小时取外周静脉血,用放免法测定母血清 AFP,其变异系数约为6~11%。测定非畸形儿孕母血清各孕周AFP 中值浓度。母血滑 AFP 测定结果表明为正常中值的倍数(Multiples of Median,MoM)。结果:2,441例危险妊娠中,112例染色体异常,25例21三体,10例18三体,2例13三体和1例双三体。21三体儿的孕母血清 AFP 中值为0.68MoM,无神经管缺陷的18三体儿孕母血清 AFP 中
From June 1979 to April 1987, 2,441 pregnant women with dangerous pregnancies and 18 to 19 weeks of amniocentesis with AFP were studied. All examined pregnant women indications for the mother of age ≥ 35 years of age or genetic counseling for duplication of chromosomal abnormalities, and require prenatal chromosome analysis. The authors took peripheral blood 3 hours before amniocentesis and the AFP by radioimmunoassay, the coefficient of variation was about 6-11%. Determination of non-deformity gestational maternal serum AFP median concentration. Maternal blood slip AFP assay results indicate a Multiples of Median (MoM).
