大庆油田侧斜井井壁岩石在经受了原钻井液和地层水的长期浸泡后,结构疏松、强度变弱,从而导致井塌,影响了侧斜井正常施工。经过室内研究和现场试验,对钻井液处理剂进行了优选,从而复配出了M101防塌钻井液。经现场试验表明,不仅其流变性、降滤失等常规性能可以满足修井施工要求,并且具有很强的抑制页岩水化膨胀的能力,防塌效果好,有利于携砂和防止对井壁的冲蚀,能够满足侧斜修井需要。
