在１４只ＳＤ大鼠的一侧听皮质泳注ＨＲＰ，观察听皮质与中缝背核以及蓝斑的联系。标记细胞分布于ＤＲ的各部，主要见于中缝和同侧，对侧汉占总数的３０％；在ＬＣ见到的标记细胞主要位于该核同侧尾份的３／５，对侧者稍多于６％。作者并进行了标记细胞类型的观察。
Cortical swimming HRP was performed on the side of 14 SD rats to observe the relationship between auditory cortex and dorsal raphe nucleus and locus coeruleus. Marked cells distributed in various parts of the DR, mainly seen in the suture and the ipsilateral, contralateral Han accounting for 30% of the total number of cells seen in the LC marker cells located mainly in the nucleus of the tail of the nuclear 3/5, slightly more contralateral 6%. The authors also performed the observation of labeled cell types.
