大型公共建筑全过程节能管理是一项系统化的工程,大体可以分为三个层次:能源消耗指标、系统性能指标、设备性能指标。能源消耗指标包括采暖/通风/空调系统能耗指标、照明系统能耗指标、电梯系统能耗指标等;系统性能指标包括空调采暖系统累计耗冷/耗热量指标、空调/采暖系统综合能效比等。现通过建立能耗数据指标体系,明确了大型公共建筑不同阶段统一的节能总目标,保证了节能管理目标的一致性,同时兼顾了不同阶段各自的特点,使得各阶段可以在不同层次上制定相应的指标和评测管理。最后基于此能耗数据指标体系,初步提出了大型公共建筑全过程节能管理的解决方案。
The whole process of large-scale public buildings, energy-saving management is a systematic project, can be divided into three levels: energy consumption indicators, system performance indicators, equipment performance indicators.
