一、国家高技术研究和发展计划（即863计划）863计划是一项由我国政府组织实施的高技术研究发展计划,其宗旨是提高我国的高技术研究开发水平。“十五”期间,863计划将在过去15年成功实施的基础上,进一步体现前瞻性、前沿性和战略性,以突出创新、跨越发展为指导思想,力争产生一批创新性成果,使我国的高技术研究开发向更高水平发展,并集中力量,重点解决一批事关国家重大需求的高技术问题,为我国高技术产业的发展提供技术支撑。
I. National High-tech Research and Development Plan (863 Plan) 863 Plan is a high-tech research and development plan organized and implemented by our government. Its purpose is to raise the level of high-tech research and development in our country. During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, based on the successful implementation of the past 15 years, the 863 Program will further reflect forward-looking, cutting-edge and strategic issues, highlight innovation and make leaps and bounds as the guiding ideology and strive to produce a number of innovative achievements so that our country Tech research and development to a higher level and concentrate on a number of high-tech issues that focus on major national needs and provide technical support for the development of China's high-tech industries.
