为了研究同一人工控光条件下不同品种水貂的繁殖性能,试验随机选择咖啡貂、红眼白貂、美国短毛黑水貂公貂各50只,设为A组、B组、C组,母貂各200只,设为D组、E组、F组,公貂于配种前38天有规律的延长光照时间至配种开始前一天结束,母貂在配种落点结束的第2天开始有规律的延长光照时间至50%的母貂产仔即停止光照;在配种期和产仔期内记录公貂的配种次数、母貂的受配日期、产仔日期、产仔数及断奶后仔貂成活数,并统计母貂的妊娠天数、胎平均产仔数等指标。结果表明:A组、B组、C组公貂平均配种次数分别为9.06次、8.64次、9.72次,公貂利用率分别为92%、86%、88%。说明同一控光条件下不同品种公貂配种次数和利用率不同,以咖啡貂效果最优,其次为美国短毛黑水貂,红眼白貂最低。母貂产仔率以D组最高为76.1%,其次为F组72.1%,E组最低为69.0%;胎平均产仔数以D组最高为5.47只,其次为E组5.27只,F组最低为4.83只;仔貂断奶成活率以E组最高为84.0%,其次为D组82.0%,F组最低为79.0%;仔貂群平均成活数以D组最高为3.07只,其次为E组2.81只,F组最低为2.62只;妊娠天数以F组最短为47.59d,其次为D组48.84d,E组最长为50.52d。说明同一控光条件下不同品种母貂繁殖性能不同,以咖啡貂母貂最优,其次为红眼白貂,美国短毛黑水貂最差。
