(本刊讯记者冯京津)10月16日,2012中国房地产品牌价值测评成果发布会暨房地产品牌发展高峰论坛在北京国贸大酒店隆重举行。此次发布会由中国房地产研究会、中国房地产业协会与中国房地产测评中心联合主办,旨在全面反映中国房地产开发企业及产业链相关企业等在产品开发、经营管理、社会责任等各方面的品牌价值,共同探讨品牌战略在行业转型期取得突破、赢得竞争优势的作用与意义。政府相关部门领导、品牌房企负责人、投资机构代表、业内专家以及媒体人士共300余人与会。
(Xinhua correspondent Feng Jingjin) October 16, 2012 China Real Estate Brand Value Evaluation Results Conference and the Real Estate Brand Development Summit was held in Beijing International Trade Hotel. The conference was jointly sponsored by the China Real Estate Research Association, China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Evaluation Center to fully reflect the brand names in product development, operation and management, social responsibility and other aspects of China’s real estate development enterprises and related enterprises in the industry chain Value, to jointly explore the brand strategy breakthrough in the industry during the transition to win the competitive advantage of the role and significance. More than 300 people, including leaders of relevant government departments, heads of brand housing enterprises, representatives of investment institutions, industry experts and media personnel, attended the meeting.
