本文首先指出了机械密封CAD工作落后的原因是①作为辅助件,机械密封往往被忽视。②机械密封CAD工作具有一定的难度。其次,对机械密封的常规设计方法进行了介绍,并指出常规方法的不合理性在于设计原则和设计方法。最后,即本文重点部分,详细介绍了机械密封CAD方法。在这一部分里,先介绍了以泄漏量为设计原则的计算机进行设计计算的过程;然后再介绍了机械密封计算机辅助分析的内容及其在机械密封CAD方法中所处的关键地位;最后阐述了机械密封CAD系统及其实现机械密封CAD的两个方法,着重强调了其中一个方法;在通用CAD软件系统中,实现一个作为应用程序库中一个软件的机械密封CAD软件。
This paper first pointed out that the mechanical seal CAD work behind the reason is that ① as an auxiliary, mechanical seals are often overlooked. ② mechanical seal CAD work has a certain degree of difficulty. Secondly, the general design method of mechanical seal is introduced, and the irrationality of the conventional method lies in the design principle and design method. Finally, the key part of this article, details the mechanical seal CAD method. In this section, we first introduce the design and calculation of a computer based on the design principle of leakage volume. Then we introduce the content of computer aided analysis of mechanical seal and its key position in the mechanical seal CAD method. Finally, One of the two approaches to mechanical seal CAD systems and their implementation of mechanical seal CAD emphasizes one approach; in general CAD software systems, implement a mechanical seal CAD software as a software in the application repository.
