为了提高员工的综合素质,进而提升事业单位的竞争优势,越来越多的单位已开始意识到应将对人才的科学管理和对人才的合理利用当成一种长期投资并贯彻始终。基于此,本文通过对人才培训管理的必要性分析,概述了当前事业单位人才管理实践中的现实问题,并藉此提出了事业单位人才管理的优化建议,以期对丰富相关方面的研究提供理论依据。
In order to improve the overall quality of employees and further enhance the competitive advantage of public institutions, more and more units have begun to realize that the scientific management of qualified personnel and the rational use of qualified personnel should be regarded as long-term investments and should be implemented consistently. Based on this, through the analysis of the necessity of personnel training management, this paper summarizes the practical problems in the current personnel management practice, and proposes the optimization suggestions of personnel management in public institutions in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the rich related aspects .
