遵照国家防总关于制作洪水风险图的指示,珠委与珠江流域有关省(区)防办。经过三个多月共同努力,现已完成了珠江流域洪水风险图的制作任务。洪水风险图的制作,由珠委防办、规技处、西江局分工合作,完成珠江流域中下游的洪水风险图;广东、广西、海南三省(区)防办分别完成本省(区)的大中型水库、重点防洪城市的洪水风险图。洪水风险图融合地理、社会经济信息、洪水特征信息,通过资料调查、洪水计算和成果整理,以地图形式直观反映某一地区发生洪水后可能淹没的范围和水深,从而可以预知和分析不同量级洪水可
