通过对我单位多年档案库房温、湿度的记录、统计研究,绘制了温、湿度——时间曲线,找出五个比较有规律的阶段,并针对每一阶段出现的不同问题提出了相应的调节与控制措施,可有效延长档案的使用寿命。
Based on the records and statistical studies of the room temperature and humidity of the archives for many years in our unit, the temperature and humidity-time curves were plotted and five more regular phases were found out. Corresponding adjustments were made to the different problems appearing in each stage And control measures, which can effectively extend the life of the file.
