目的 总结塑料套环包皮环切术治疗小儿包茎的经验。方法 对 1994～ 2 0 0 4年行塑料套环包皮环切术治疗小儿包茎 10 0 0例进行回顾性分析。结果 10 0 0例小儿塑料套环包皮环切术术后效果良好。套环脱落时间最长 13d ,最短 8d ,平均 9 5d。脱落后切缘整齐 ,外形美观。并发包皮感染 3例 ,套环脱落 4例 ,包皮撕裂 3例 ,包皮环嵌入冠状沟 2例 ,阴茎头出血 1例 ,尿潴留 1例。结论 小儿塑料套环包皮环切术具有手术时间短 ,不出血或出血极少 ,组织创伤小 ,并发症少 ,患儿痛苦小 ,切缘整齐美观 ,术后护理方便 ,手术简单易于推广等优点。
Objective To summarize the experience of plastic circumcision in the treatment of pediatric phimosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of pediatric phimosis treated with plastic cuff circumcision from 1994 to 2004 was performed. Results 100 cases of pediatric plastic circumcision circumcision effect is good. Ring off the longest 13d, the shortest 8d, an average of 95d. Tucked off after tidy, beautiful appearance. There were 3 cases of complicated foreskin infection, 4 cases of collar abscission, 3 cases of foreskin tear, 2 cases of circumcision embedded in coronal groove, 1 case of penis hemorrhage and 1 case of urinary retention. Conclusion Plastic circumcision circumcision in children has the advantages of short operation time, minimal bleeding, minimal bleeding, less tissue trauma, less complications, less pain in children, neat and tidy appearance, convenient postoperative care, easy operation and easy promotion .
