以糯玉米的愈伤组织为研究对象,研究不同浓度烟嘧磺隆对愈伤组织生长分化的影响,确定合适的筛选浓度。结果表明,烟嘧磺隆对糯玉米愈伤组织的存活率、相对生长量及分化率均有不同程度抑制作用。经烟嘧磺隆处理的愈伤组织颜色略深、质地紧密,褐化增多。在烟嘧磺隆浓度为160 mg/kg条件下,玉米愈伤组织的存活率及分化率均达最低,分别为1.31%和0。110 mg/kg浓度烟嘧磺隆对糯玉米愈伤组织具有明显的致死作用。
