带状疱疹祖国医学称为“蛇串疮”、“甑带疮”、“火带疮”、“蜘蛛疮”。因其常发生于腰肋部,故又称其为“缠腰火丹”、“缠腰龙”、“火腰带毒”等,其名虽多、但所述病证均与西医学的带状疱疹同。本病虽属皮肤疾患,但发病急,进展快,且局部烧灼疼痛剧烈,患者痛苦较大。尤其是老年患者,痛苦尤甚,常在皮疹还未出现之前好长时间就发生疼痛;如治疗不当,于皮疹消退后还可痛数月,甚至1～2年。笔者十几年来,用自拟马王冰寒拔毒散外涂,配合中西药注射剂肌注,治疗本病200例,疗效满意,现介绍如下:
