本文以国内某航天复合材料型号生产车间为目标,针对其在一线操作人员培养与管理上面临的困境,通过对其一线操作人员进行工作满意度调研,了解员工需求,对比分析现状,发现目前车间内针对一线操作人员的培养和激励机制存在着与一线操作人员真实需求不符合、机制不健全的问题,进而提出相应对策和建议,以期为某车间操作人员队伍的培养与管理提供借鉴。
