(一) 1950年7月,科學院語言研究所派我參加中央西南訪問團第三分團,到貴州去工作。7月2日從北京出發,8月14日到達貴陽,1951年3月2日離黔返京。在貴州共留六個半月,接觸了各種少數民族,需要調查和研究的语言材料,真是太豐富了。但是因為訪問团每一個團員都應該先完成總的任務,然后才能利用餘暇,再作本门业务,所以语言工作作得並不太多。記錄得比較詳細(談不到完备)
(I) In July 1950, the Institute of Language of the Academy of Sciences sent me to the third branch of the delegation headed by the southwest delegation to the Central Committee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to go to work in Guizhou. July 2 departure from Beijing, August 14 arrived in Guiyang, March 2, 1951 from Qian back to Beijing. In Guizhou, a total of six and a half months of stay, contact with all ethnic minorities, need to investigate and study the language material, is really too rich. However, since every member of the delegation should complete the general task before he can use his spare time to conduct his own business, the language work is not done too much.
