连续几年的全国“两会”上,看病难看病贵成为人大代表、政协委员热议和呼声最高的话题之一。“小病拖,大病挨,要死才往医院抬。”“救护车一响,半头牛白养;住上一次院,全年活白干。”“脱贫三五年,一病回从前。”“小康小康,一场大病全泡汤。”……这些来自普通百姓的顺口溜,真实、形象而又生动地表达着他们对疾病的无奈和恐惧,也诉说着他们对普通老百姓对当今医疗现状的不满和怨愤!本刊2006年陆续发表的报告文学《天使在作战》(朱晓军著,载第6期)、《医患之间的战争》(司雪著,载第7期)和《有什么,别有病——中国农村医疗现状调查》(曾德强著,载第11期),意在与广大读者共同探讨这样一些问题:当今中国老百姓看病到底有多难?当今中国医疗问题的症结到底何在?医治老百姓看病难看病贵和无钱看病的良方到底在哪里?围绕这些问题,本刊从今年第1期起,每期开辟专版展开“中国医疗改革向何处去”的问题大讨论。您亲身经历或感受到现阶段看病难看病贵甚至无钱看病的痛苦吗?您担心您或您的家人有朝一日会遭受同样的痛苦吗?那么恳请您拿起笔吧,请您将切身的经历和感受或所见所闻所思所想乃至内心深深的担忧写出来吧,您也可以谈谈您对中国医疗改革的真实看法与建议。文章不要求面面俱到,只要求从某一角度切入,写出自己的真情实感,或生动或犀利,或感性或理性,或猛烈抨击或善意建议。字数在2000字左右为宜。来稿请寄:100031北京前门西大街97号《北京文学》(精彩阅读)编辑部;请在信封左下角注明“医疗改革讨论”字样。我们将陆续选登各界读者的优秀来稿并即付稿酬。敬请关注。欢迎您踊跃赐稿。——本刊编辑部
