本文提出了一种利用遗传算法对宽带电光调制器相位反转电极进行优化设计以获取平坦的频率响应的方法.这种遗传算法采用了直接基于电极图形的编码、交叉和变异操作.模拟计算表明,该算法对长度为1cm的电极能获得宽达100GHz的平坦的频率响应.
In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm to optimize the phase reversal electrode of broadband electro-optic modulator to obtain a flat frequency response. This genetic algorithm uses direct electrode-based coding, crossover and mutation operations. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain a flat frequency response up to 100GHz for a length of 1cm.
