我国建筑企业自改革开放以来,取得了显著的发展,随着市场经济全面开放及基本建设的大量投资,为民营资本提供了充分的市场平台,国有大型企业也在改革内部管理体制。同时国家设立有形的建筑市场、推广软件应用、清单与合同逐步与国际市场接轨,尤其近年来,建设行业推行的增值税改革、BIM技术应用。都是为了推动建筑企业管理提升,使建筑企业提高自身管理、诚信服务,缩小与发达国家建筑企业的差距。建筑企业的管理由多方面的因素决定,本文从企业内部制度建设、人力资源建设的角度进行论述、分析。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s construction enterprises have made remarkable progress. With the full liberalization of the market economy and substantial investment in capital construction, a sufficient market platform for private capital has been provided. Large state-owned enterprises are also reforming their internal management systems. At the same time, the state has set up a tangible construction market, popularized software applications, and lists and contracts have gradually become integrated with the international market. In particular, in recent years, the value-added tax reform and BIM technology applied in the construction industry have been applied. All are to promote the improvement of construction business management, construction companies to improve their own management, service integrity, narrowing the gap with the construction enterprises in developed countries. The management of construction enterprises is determined by many factors. This article discusses and analyzes from the angle of internal system construction and human resources construction.
