随着内燃牵引动力的发展,柴油机用润滑油的消费量已越来越大。若将这些废润滑油作再生处理,以60%的收率计算,每年约可回收几千吨润滑油,不单可以节约人民币几百万元,还可弥补我国高粘度润滑油的供应不足。在分析国内外各种柴油机用润滑油的再生工艺和在实验室进行筛选试验的基础上,推荐采用沉降——蒸馏——硫酸精制——白土吸附——过滤——调合添加剂的再生工艺。该再生工艺具有:生产容易掌握、质量比较稳定、设备维修量小、材料消耗较低等优点。
With the development of internal combustion traction power, the consumption of diesel engine oil has been increasing. If these waste lubricants for renewable treatment, calculated in 60% yield, the annual recovery of about thousands of tons of lubricants, not only can save millions of yuan, but also to make up for the lack of supply of high viscosity lubricants in China. Based on the analysis of regeneration technology of diesel oil used at home and abroad and the screening test in the laboratory, it is recommended to use the process of sedimentation - distillation - sulfuric acid refining - clay adsorption - filtration - blending additives. The regeneration process has the advantages of easy production control, stable quality, small equipment maintenance, and low material consumption.
