浙江工学院土木系和云和县砖瓦厂联合研制成功的水泥土砖(工民建称非烧结粘土砖或免烧化学压制砖)已于1985年5月建成中试线,其生产工艺主要是:以红壤土为原料,经自然风干、破碎筛分,掺加7%左右的水泥,在微量外加剂的作用下,通过干湿二次搅拌,在适宜的含水率控制下,用半干压制法(压力为300～400公斤力/厘米~2)压制成型,经过堆放自然养护约一周后即可出厂。至今已试产20多万块,经测试,其各项技术指标如下:
