中专学生在心理和生理上普遍早熟,学生社会化进程加快,教育的黄金时期——可塑性较强的心理时期却相应缩短,使得中专学生在新旧体制交叉的冲突摩擦中,对形形色色的社会现象容易良莠不分,难以胜任毕业后的各项工作。因此,要加强中专生的德育工作。具体如下: 一、坚持正确灌输的原则,发挥课堂主渠道作用 中专阶段是青年学生良好思想品质、道德意志形成的重要阶段。学校要利用一切可以利用的时机和场合,向学生灌输正面道理,帮助他们养成良好的习惯,树立正确的人生观和价值观,增强他们的分辨能力,自觉抵制各种消极因素影响。在正面教育、正面灌输的各种渠道中,课堂教学是进行德育的主渠道。学校应要求每位任课教师在对学生进行专门知识教育的同时,还要结合学科特点进行德育的正面灌输和启发诱导。要注重把握三点:一是不失时机。要树立自觉的育人意识,不放过教材中一切有利的育人时机。二是自然渗透。要讲究方法,讲究时效,不搞形式主义的空洞说教。三是注重感情。对学生要晓之以理,动之以情,在潜移默化中使学生受到教育和熏陶。
