自2012年以来,受世界经济形势和外界环境的影响,煤炭需求放缓,进口煤大幅增加,国內煤炭库存居高不下,煤炭价格持续下滑,许多煤炭企业已经出现严重亏损。当前企业面临重重困难,怎样才能凝聚人心,振奋精神,提升士气,最大限度地调动煤矿职工的劳动积极性、创造性,有效地应对危机。笔者认为,全面加强和完善企业民主管理,是积极应对危机、战胜困难,促进企业经济的可持续发展
Since 2012, due to the impact of the world economic situation and the external environment, coal demand has slowed down. Imported coal has risen sharply. Domestic coal inventories remain at a high level. Coal prices have been declining. Many coal enterprises have experienced serious losses. At present, enterprises are faced with numerous difficulties. How can they unite their hearts, boost their morale, enhance their morale, mobilize the enthusiasm of their staff and workers to the maximum extent, and deal with the crisis creatively and effectively. The author believes that to comprehensively strengthen and improve the democratic management of enterprises is to actively respond to the crisis, overcome the difficulties and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise economy
