目的:探讨中药降酶汤加西医常规护肝治疗慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝的临床疗效。方法:收集我院收治的慢性脂肪肝、酒精肝患者60例,根据就诊先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例,分别给予相应的药物治疗,治疗结束后,对所有患者的肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化水平以及疗效进行检测。结果:与对照组相比实验组患者肝功能水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者TC、TG水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者肝纤维化各指标水平较低(P<0.05);实验组患者临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:中药降酶汤加西医常规护肝治疗能够显著改善患者肝功能、血脂以及肝纤维化水平,提高临床疗效,对临床有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jiangmin Decoction combined with western medicine in treating chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic fatty liver and alcoholic liver admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the sequence of treatment. Each group consisted of 30 patients, which were given the corresponding drug treatment. After treatment, all patients Liver function, blood lipids, liver fibrosis levels and efficacy were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the hepatic function of the experimental group was lower (P <0.05); the level of TC and TG in the experimental group was lower (P <0.05); the level of hepatic fibrosis in the experimental group was lower (P < 0.05). The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve liver function, blood lipid and liver fibrosis, and improve clinical curative effect, which is of clinical significance.
