本文报告了用DPH标记大鼠肾皮质线粒体或微粒体膜后,测定膜脂流动性的方法。结果表明,最佳实验条件是,膜蛋白浓度选用50μg/ml,在25℃下与DPH温育30min,膜悬液在-40℃下保存两周仍可使用。
This paper reports the method of measuring membrane lipid fluidity after labeling rat renal cortex mitochondria or microsome membranes with DPH. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were that the membrane protein concentration was selected as 50 μg/ml, incubated with DPH at 25°C for 30 minutes, and the membrane suspension could still be used after being stored at -40°C for two weeks.
