一、职业生涯规划教育问题的提出当前职场对人才的要求已不可能象以往那样仅以个人的兴趣、爱好,甚至特长作为出发点和标准。社会对劳动力的要求更多地被经济发展的需求左右,培养大量“下得去,留得住,用得上”的人才已成为一种必然趋势。面对社会发展对人才的实际要求,高等职业技术学院所培养的学生只有从观念上建立和完善正确的自我认识,根据自身实际情况理清职业生涯规划的步骤和阶段, 把握职业发展的动态趋势,才能增加未来职业选择的胜算。
