通过研究常规超硬复合柱齿碎岩机理 ,提出了超硬球齿部分外形的优化设计 ,分析了其碎岩机理 ,推导出合理的双唇面超硬球齿半径之间的关系式 ,这为冲击回转化钻进提供了依据。
Based on the study of the mechanism of conventional superhard composite columnar rock fragments, the optimal design of the superhard ball tooth profile is proposed. The mechanism of rock fragmentation is analyzed and the reasonable relation between the radius of the superhard hard double lip surface is deduced. Backing drilling provides the basis.
