随着社会的不断发展,教育事业不断进步,班主任与学生之间和谐关系的构建也渐渐成为社会关注的重点问题。小学教师中班主任与学生的接触最多,班主任是一个班级的领导者,教育者和管理者,和谐的师生关系是发展教育事业的关键,是帮助小学生树立学习兴趣爱好,提高学习成绩的前提因素。本文从当前小学师生关系及在管理过程中存在的问题进行入手,对小学班主任管理工作与师生关键构建进行深入分析。
With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of education, the construction of the harmonious relationship between the headteacher and students has gradually become the focus of society. The teacher in primary school has the most contact with the students. The class teacher is a class leader, educator and manager.
