本文给出了“高质量、高强度、高密度、快节奏”训练的定义,提出系统地进行极限能力的应激性训练,是使运动员在“训练”→“衰竭→”应激性提高“→”适应“→再”训练“→再”衰竭“……的训练过程中,身体承受极限负荷训练的能力提高,近而有效提高运动员自身的竞技运动水平。
This paper gives the definition of ”high quality, high strength, high density and fast paced“ training, puts forward the stress training which carries on the limit ability systematically, is to make the athlete exhausted from ”training “ → ”Stress to improve “ → ”adapt “ → and then ”training “ and then ”failure " training process, the ability of the body to withstand the ultimate load training to improve, and effectively improve the athlete’s own Athletic level.
