病历摘要(上海市第二人民医院内科供稿) 张××,女,21岁,浙江人,无线电厂制板工,住院号4133。因胸闷、气急、心悸2天于1979年9月15日入院。患者于入院前一周因受凉出现咽痛、乏力,无发热、咳嗽及头痛。门诊作一般上感处理,治疗无效。5天后感胸闷、气急、心悸,伴全身酸痛、失眠、食欲不振,无恶心、呕吐。曾检查心电图、血液和胸透等均无异常。尿常规检查:蛋白++、颗粒管型+++。疑慢性肾炎急性发作住院。4年前曾患“急性肾炎”,后未复发过。其母有“慢性肾炎”史。

Have checked the ECG, blood and chest X-ray and so on were normal. Urine routine examination: protein ++, granular tube type +++. Suspected acute exacerbation of chronic nephritis hospitalization. 4 years ago suffering from “acute nephritis”, did not relapse after. The mother has a history of chronic nephritis.
