目的 :研究外周血CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)和白介素15(IL-15)的表达在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用免疫荧光染色技术,经流式细胞仪检测36例口腔扁平苔藓患者和20例正常人外周血Treg表达水平。应用ELISA技术检测外周血IL-15的表达水平,采用SPSS16.0软件包对其表达差异进行统计学分析。结果:口腔扁平苔藓患者外周血CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg细胞数量较正常组显著上升,IL-15表达水平也显著高于正常组,但是口腔扁平苔藓糜烂型与非糜烂型之间的差异无显著性。Treg的表达与IL-15的水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 :Treg和IL-15的表达上升可能是OLP的发病机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the role of peripheral blood CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + Foxp3 ~ + regulatory T cells (Treg cells) and interleukin 15 (IL-15) in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods: Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of Treg in peripheral blood of 36 patients with oral lichen planus and 20 normal controls by flow cytometry. The level of IL-15 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA, and the difference was analyzed by SPSS16.0 software package. Results: The number of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + Foxp3 ~ + Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with oral lichen planus was significantly higher than that of the normal group, and the level of IL-15 was also significantly higher than that of the normal group. But between the oral lichen planus erosive and non-erosive The difference was not significant. The expression of Treg was positively correlated with the level of IL-15 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increased expression of Treg and IL-15 may be one of the pathogenesis of OLP.
