新的一年,我们长沙市档案局将围绕档案工作的新形势新任务新要求,做到“四个更加注重”:一、注重理顺机制,更好服务群众需求。建立档案移交无障碍通道,根据档案整理和数字化需求,统一申请档案数字化经费和整理经费,各单位只需及时移交档案即可。统筹推进档案馆舍建设,严格审批专业档案馆设立,防止重复建设、资源分散。积极整合馆藏资源,积蓄档案底蕴,为更大程度满足群众查档需求而服务。
In the new year, the Changsha City Bureau of Archives will focus on the new tasks, new requirements and new tasks of the archives work, so that “four pay more attention to”: First, pay attention to rationalizing mechanisms and better serve the needs of the masses.
