假设风力机叶片是一个末端固支的悬臂梁结构 ,以有限元方法建立风力机叶片的振动方程 ,以实际的风力机 7FD- 2 0 0为例 ,应用国际通用的大型有限元分析程序 AL GOR— FEAS,对其振动特性进行分析。 BORL ANDC3.1语言为编程工具 ,在 Auto CAD12 for Win ADS( Auto CAD DevelopmentSystem )环境下开发了简便易用的前处理模块 ,自动生成叶片的有限元网格图。在计算中 ,把风力机叶片的振动分为垂直于旋转平面的挥舞振动、旋转平面内的摆振振动及绕叶片轴线的扭转振动 ,分别计算了其前五阶的固有频率和振型。
Assuming that the blade of the wind turbine is a cantilever beam whose end is fixed and supported, the vibration equation of the blade of the wind turbine is established by the finite element method. Taking the actual wind turbine 7FD-200 as an example, an international large-scale finite element analysis program AL GOR - FEAS, analyze its vibration characteristics. BORL ANDC3.1 language is a programming tool, a simple and easy-to-use preprocessing module is developed in Auto CAD12 for Win ADS (Auto CAD Development System) environment to automatically generate the finite element mesh of the blade. In the calculation, the vibration of the wind turbine blade is divided into the waving vibration perpendicular to the plane of rotation, the shimmy vibration in the rotating plane and the torsional vibration around the blade axis. The natural frequencies and modes of the first five orders are calculated respectively.
