就鼠疫活菌的冷冻乾燥及保存的过程中进行试验,结果说明鼠疫菌在缓衡盐水pH7.2内保存以2—5℃冷藏最合适,温度愈高活菌死亡愈大。对菌苗冷冻乾燥过程的试验结果得到乾燥时间14小时,乾燥至最後阶段菌苗升温到25—30℃能够使菌苗含水量少於3%。在溶化乾燥菌苗时,溶液温度在19℃以下时所得活菌数较28—37℃溶化者多一倍,浓度亦增加一半。菌苗乾燥後以真空封存及2—5℃冷藏保存最为合适。
