全髓细胞白血病是指骨髓中三系以上的急性白血病。现将我院一例报道如下。男,52岁,农民,双下肢反复出现紫瘢半年,头昏伴不规则发热月余。于90年3月2日入院。查体:T37.8℃,P80次/分,BP14.6/6.9kPa,重度贫血貌,双下肢散在出血点及紫瘢,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大,胸骨无压痛,心肺(-),肝肋下5.0cm,脾肋下1.5cm。化验:Hb60g/L,WBC3.6×10~9/L,BPC40×10~9/L,血片见原幼单核细胞67%,有核红3个,
