导爆管起爆系统是七十年代研制成功的新技术,国内于1978年开始,逐步试用于生产。由于该起爆系统从根本上解决了电力起爆系统因电干扰而造成的事故危害,并具有起爆方法灵活、操作简单、使用安全、适用范围广、节约原材料等优点,因此在国内很快地得到推广。本文就目前我局使用的网路联接方法介绍如下。(一)基本联接方法1.连接套与传爆雷管连接法。连接套为圆形塑料套管。套管内圆上有十道半径为1.5毫米的圆弧形凹槽,刚好可以容纳十棵导爆管。连接套中间插入传爆雷管,十棵导爆管就紧贴在传爆雷管的周围(见图1)。传
Detonating tube detonation system is developed in the seventies new technology, the domestic start in 1978, and gradually trial in production. Since the initiation system fundamentally solves the accident damage caused by electrical interference in the power detonation system and has the advantages of flexible detonation method, simple operation, safe operation, wide application range and saving raw materials, it is rapidly promoted in China . This article on the current network connection method used by our bureau are described below. (A) the basic method of connection 1. Connection sets and blasting detonator connection method. The connecting sleeve is a round plastic sleeve. There are ten circular arc-shaped grooves with a radius of 1.5 mm on the inner circle of the sleeve, just enough to accommodate ten detonators. The middle of the connecting sleeve is inserted with the explosion-proof detonator, and the ten detonators are closely attached around the detonator (see Figure 1). pass
